Harry has built a distinguished career in hotel ownership, development, and asset management, with a focus on value-add opportunities and operational excellence. Over the past two decades, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, renovation, and management of hospitality assets valued at over $65 million, including properties under major brands such as Marriott, Choice, Best Western, and Wyndham. His experience spans both ground-up hotel development and repositioning of underperforming assets in key growth markets.
In addition to his hospitality expertise, Harry brings a strong background in commercial real estate investment and asset strategy, allowing him to identify high-potential opportunities and optimize long-term performance. His deep understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and brand standards enables him to deliver consistent returns across cycles.

Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Krishna Singh developed an early passion for hospitality and business. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Biology from Boston University before returning home to join her family’s company, Kash Hotels. Starting from the ground up, Krishna immersed herself in property-level operations to gain a deep understanding of how hotels function day-to-day. Her drive to expand the company’s vision led her to transition to growth through acquisitions and development. To further enhance her expertise, Krishna earned her MBA with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
Following her MBA, Krishna worked as a Senior Associate in Business Development at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where she specialized in hotel investments and acquisitions. This experience allowed her to refine her strategic approach to hospitality growth and strengthen her expertise in evaluating high-value opportunities.
Krishna has since returned to Greenville to continue building and expanding Kash Hotels, blending her operational experience, financial insight, and industry knowledge to drive the company’s success.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations, along with a minor in Political Science from Boston University, she combines analytical insight with hands-on experience to ensure the seamless performance of multiple hotel properties.
Aaina began her career by working closely within property-level operations, gaining firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities that drive hotel success. Over time, she transitioned into overseeing multi-property operations, where she focuses on creating streamlined systems, enhancing team performance, and maintaining consistently high service standards.
Today, Aaina leads operations at Kash Hotels with a commitment to both operational excellence and culture. She values the sense of warmth and connection that has defined the company since its beginning, ensuring that both employees and guests feel part of something meaningful.
